MiHOPE

MiHOPE is an inclusive online platform, offering comprehensive treatment, care, and support for individuals grappling with mental health issues while simultaneously promoting awareness in this critical area. The clinical advisory board for this initiative is led by Alumni of AIIMS, Delhi

MATE

Mind Activation Through Education- An Adolescent’s Mental Health and Wellbeing MATE is a specialized adolescent program that centers on the prevention of mental health issues. It provides an online platform in conjunction with interactive workshops designed for adolescents, parents, and counselors, all aimed at mitigating the risk of future mental health issues

Happy Fit India (HFI)

Initiative aims to help individuals cultivate a healthier lifestyle. Investing just 5 minutes of your time to answer a few simple questions enables us to tailor a personalized list of engaging and meaningful suggestions for you to explore

Psychological First Aid for Prison (PFA-P)

A first of its kind initiative in India, and second in the world after the mental health guide for prisoners by the Pennsylvania Stat Penitentiary, the PFA-P includes two manuals and a screening tool. Approved by the world organisation, the PFA-P developed by MHF(I) is a comprehensive guide/manual that covers principles and strategies to provide humane supportive and practical help to inmates with psychological and emotional crises affecting their mental health.

Mental Health Awareness, Prevention & Treatment Programmes

Mental health awareness, prevention, and treatment program is a comprehensive initiative designed to address various aspects of mental health and well-being. These programs work synergistically to create a holistic approach to mental health, aiming not only to address existing issues but also to prevent their onset and promote overall well-being in communities through workshops, talks and discussions.

Calm Care is a comprehensive initiative designed to prioritize and enhance the mental health of individuals within the workplace.
